Description: This is the introduction module of an e-learning course I created in Articulate 360 (exported as a video). I conducted 100% of the research to complete this 9 module course which includes types of allergens, first aid for anaphylactic shock and preventing allergen contamination in commercial kitchens.  Please note, at the time of download, the course had not been narrated so timings are off on text introductions.
